Little Things ("the App," "we," "us") is built around a simple privacy principle: the information you enter never leaves your device. This policy explains exactly what that means, what little we do and don't collect, and your rights.
To provide its features, the App stores the following on your device only:
This information is stored using your device's local storage. It is not transmitted to us or to any third party by the App. If you delete the App, this information is deleted with it.
We do not collect, receive, store, process, sell, share, or otherwise handle:
Because we do not collect personal information, we have nothing to sell, nothing to share with data brokers, nothing to disclose to advertisers, and nothing to produce in response to third-party data requests.
Some information you may enter in the App (such as cycle dates) can relate to reproductive health. We designed the App so that this information never leaves your device specifically because of its sensitivity. We do not use any information in the App for advertising, and we do not disclose it to third parties — a commitment consistent with Apple's App Store guidelines on health-related data.
Your responsibility: You are entering information about another person. We encourage you to be open with your partner about your use of the App and to respect their wishes regarding their information. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the App complies with applicable laws and with the expectations of the person whose information you enter. See our Terms of Use for more.
For purposes of the Washington My Health My Data Act and similar state laws: we do not collect, process, share, or sell consumer health data. All health-adjacent information entered in the App remains on your device and is never transmitted to us. Because we do not collect consumer health data, no consent mechanism, data subject request process, or processor arrangement is required; however, questions may be directed to the contact address in Section 11.
The App and our website include links to third-party retailers (for example, flower and gift merchants). These are affiliate links: we may earn a commission if you make a purchase after tapping one. This is how we keep the App free.
When you tap an affiliate link:
We never transmit any information stored in the App (such as names, dates, or preferences) to any retailer or affiliate network.
If you enable notifications, reminders are scheduled locally on your device. Notification content is generated on-device and is not sent to or through our servers.
The App is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13 (or the higher applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect information from children — indeed, we do not collect personal information from anyone.
Privacy laws such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the California Consumer Privacy Act grant rights over personal data that a business collects. Because we do not collect or process your personal information, there is no data held by us to access, correct, delete, or port — your data is already fully in your control, on your device. Deleting the App deletes your data.
For the avoidance of doubt: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and we have not done so in the preceding 12 months.
If you believe we hold any information about you (for example, because you emailed our support address), you may contact us at the address below to request access or deletion of that correspondence.
If we ever change the App's architecture in a way that involves collecting information (for example, adding optional cloud backup), we will update this policy, update the App's privacy label, and clearly notify users in the App before any such feature takes effect. Material changes will never apply retroactively to data entered under this policy.
